Attimo
Italian culture is one of the strongest influences in our country. Attimo – “moment” in Italian – is a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine inaugurated in 2012 in Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo. For two consecutive years , the house has been awarded a renowned Michelin star.
From the kitchen, tidbits, fresh pasta, grilled or roasted meatin the Josper oven (wood-fire oven) are served. Among them, Agnolotti lamb, Eryngui, European spinach and Grana Padano, cassava Gnocchi, filet mignon steak truffle ragout and Funghi Porcini and Lamb Shoulder, fresh tagliatelle and garden vegetables. The restaurant lounge is cozy and there is an organic vegetable garden with peppers, pumpkins and herbs for seasoning outside, along the external part of the house.
Another highlight is the bar, which serves delicious Mini coxinhas (deep-fried free-range chicken breast covered in batter with catupiry cheese fonduta) and pork Pancetta and rangpur lime.
